Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead Liverpool’s franchise growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with proven business development expertise, driving franchise recruitment, relationship management, and revenue growth while upholding Liverpool’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis
- Identify potential franchise markets and opportunities.
- Analyze consumer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform expansion strategies.
Franchise Development
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage franchise partners.
- Manage the end‑to‑end franchise recruitment process, from lead generation to agreement finalization.
- Present business proposals and negotiate terms with prospective franchisees.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure operational success and brand consistency.
Sales & Financial Performance
- Achieve franchise sales and expansion targets.
- Monitor and report on financial performance of franchise locations, ensuring profitability.
- Prepare sales presentations and performance reports.
Compliance & Brand Standards
- Ensure franchise operations comply with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
- Maintain brand integrity across all franchise locations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support franchise growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in the apparel/garment industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking ability with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Flexible and willing to travel extensively.
- High proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Understanding of men’s fashion industry and proven execution of successful development strategies.
Role Details
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Employment Type: Permanent, Office‑based
- CTC: ₹4–6 LPA + variable incentives

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
