Role Overview
The Junior Creative Reviewer is responsible for reviewing animation files to ensure they meet quality standards. This includes checking character design consistency, facial features, lip-sync, animation quality, and overall visual continuity. The role involves identifying issues, documenting feedback, and coordinating with production teams to ensure corrections are completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Review sets, backgrounds, assets, and character elements for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure character proportions, scale, and design remain consistent throughout animation.
- Verify correct placement of facial features, body parts, and expressions.
- Check lip-sync accuracy with dialogue and audio.
- Identify animation defects such as: Incorrect poses, Timing issues, missing frames, overlapping elements, continuity errors...
- Document review findings clearly and communicate actionable feedback.
- Coordinate with animators, rigging artists, compositors, and production teams.
- Re-review corrected shots to ensure all issues have been resolved.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of 2D and/or 3D animation workflows.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Creativity and good visual judgment.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain quality standards.
