About the Role
We are looking for an Interior Project Executive who can manage and coordinate interior projects from planning to execution. The role involves coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure projects are completed smoothly, on time, and according to the approved design.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day execution of interior projects.
- Coordinate between clients, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Track project timelines, material requirements, and site progress.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution as per approved designs.
- Ensure proper quality and finishing of work at the site.
- Follow up with vendors and contractors regarding materials, manpower, and deadlines.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues during execution.
- Maintain project documentation, progress updates, and checklists.
- Communicate project updates to management and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in interior projects, project coordination, site execution, or related roles.
- Basic understanding of interior design and construction processes.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, civil work, electrical, and related interior work.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and interior layouts.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable with regular site visits and on-site work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling residential/commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for project tracking.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and contractors.
- Good client-handling skills.
