Preferred candidate profile:
- Experienced Candidates in Interior and Civil construction projects with companies such as Interior Design company , Architecture Company, Real Estate Company will be preferred
- Experienced candidate with previous relevant roles.
Role & responsibilities:
1. Interior Site Management: You will manage and supervise all Interior and construction activities at the site, ensuring compliance with detailed drawings, project plans, design specifications, and quality standards.
2. Workforce Management: You will manage and coordinate the work of construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
3. Quality Control: You will implement quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the required standards and specifications. This includes conducting regular inspections, reviewing workmanship, and addressing any quality-related issues or non-compliance.
4.Progress Monitoring and Reporting: You will monitor the progress of construction activities, track work schedules, and report on project status to the project management team. This includes maintaining accurate records of daily activities, preparing progress reports, and documenting any delays or issues.
5. Documentation and Compliance: . This includes maintaining accurate project documentation, such as work records and material deliveries. You will assist in reviewing and verifying invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents related to site operations.
