We are seeking a Technical Architect with 6–7 years of experience responsible for designing end-to-end system architecture for enterprise-grade applications. The role involves leading architecture design, driving technology decisions, and enabling migration from legacy systems to modern, scalable, and secure solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in backend and frontend architecture, database design, and system optimization, with proven experience in offline-first or LAN-based deployments.
The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to understand operational workflows, especially in government/defense or high-security environments, and translate them into efficient technical solutions. The Technical Architect will also define technical roadmaps, engineering standards, and development pipelines while ensuring system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end system architecture for enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead migration from legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures.
- Define optimal technology stacks for offline and LAN-based deployment environments.
- Design scalable database architecture, schema design, and optimization strategies.
- Work on both backend and frontend architectural planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational workflows and security requirements.
- Build technical roadmaps, development pipelines, and engineering standards.
- Guide engineering teams on implementation strategies and best practices.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Define user experience flows aligned with operational usability.
- Participate in architecture reviews, product planning, and technical decision-making.
- Support deployment planning for secure offline environments.
- Occasionally manage or coordinate development teams and technical execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–7 years of experience in Solution Architecture / Technical Architecture.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of backend and frontend technologies.
- Expertise in system design and scalable application architecture.
- Experience in offline-first or LAN-based enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of database design, schema modeling, and optimization.
- Experience in legacy system migration and modernization projects.
- Knowledge of secure application development practices.
- Ability to define CI/CD pipelines, workflows, and engineering standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in government, defense, or highly secure environments is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
