Job Description
NIFA is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior HR Manager to head our end-to-end HR operations. Based at our Jaipur Head Office, you will be responsible for streamlining processes and managing a decentralized, National team across our corporate offices and regional centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- National Team Management: Manage, mentor, and align regional HR teams/coordinators across various states.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles, center managers, and academic faculty across multiple cities.
- Performance Management: Design and drive the appraisal cycles, KPIs, and KRAs for sales, operational, and teaching staff.
- Payroll & Operations: Centralize and monitor multi-location attendance, leave management, and payroll processing from the Jaipur HO.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws (PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment Act).
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to keep remote and regional teams motivated and connected to the HO.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
- Experience: 12+ years of core HR experience, with at least 8+ years managing teams.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience in Skill Development, Education, Training Institutes, or Retail/Franchise models is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of multi-state labor laws, hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll software, and excellent English & Hindi communication skills.
Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
