What You'll Do
- Operate camera independently for reels, shorts, and podcast episodes
- Set up and manage multi-camera podcast recording setups
- Handle framing, focus, exposure, and basic lighting adjustments on shoot days
- Coordinate with anchors and the production team to plan shots
- Work with the editing team to ensure footage meets post-production needs
- Maintain camera and lighting equipment
- Stay updated on visual trends for Instagram/YouTube content
Who We're Looking For
- Comfortable operating DSLR/mirrorless/cinema cameras independently
- Working knowledge of lighting setups (three-point, ring light, studio lighting)
- Strong sense of framing, composition, and visual storytelling
- Self-driven, punctual, and reliable on shoot days
- Freshers with a strong personal/freelance shoot portfolio encouraged to apply
Nice to Have
- Experience shooting reels, shorts, or interview/podcast-style content
- Basic gimbal, slider, or stabilizer operation
- Understanding of color/exposure basics for easier post-production
- A showreel or portfolio of your camera work
