About the Role
Siara Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating quality leads, conducting market research, and assisting the sales team in expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients through online platforms.
- Generate and qualify sales leads using LinkedIn, Google, directories, and other prospecting tools.
- Build and maintain an organized lead database.
- Collect contact details of key decision-makers.
- Assist in email outreach and follow-up campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead handover.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns as required.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good internet research and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
