*Job Title: Principal Consultant – Client Transformation Lead*

*Core Responsibilities*
*1. Client Relationship & Ownership*
- Act as single point of contact and trusted “Shadow to the Owner” for assigned clients
- Build deep trust with promoters, MDs, and second-gen leaders through presence
- Own client satisfaction, NPS, and renewal — you’re measured on retention + referral
- Manage expectations, scope, timelines, and tough conversations with candor
*2. Implementation & Execution Excellence*
- *On-time delivery is non-negotiable.* You own project plans, weekly milestones, and daily huddles
- Translate consulting recommendations into ground action: SOPs, dashboards, KRAs, review mechanisms
- Conduct gemba walks, run morning meetings, and close accountability loops on the shop floor/office
- Remove bottlenecks yourself — from task yfollow-ups to training a junior MIS executive
*3. Transformation Results Across 3 Core Areas*
*A. HR & People Systems*
- Design & implement hiring, onboarding, KRA, appraisal, and incentive systems
- Set up org structure, role clarity, and reporting hierarchies that MSMEs actually follow
- Build training calendars and drive capability building for middle management
*B. Operations & Process Excellence*
- Map AS-IS processes, eliminate waste, and implement SOP in production, dispatch, purchase
- Set up daily MIS, plant dashboards, and visual management on the floor
- Drive OTIF, productivity, cost/unit, and inventory turn improvements
*C. Sales & Growth*
- Implement sales processes: lead tracking, pipeline reviews, beat plans, collection systems
- Design dealer/distributor schemes, team incentives, and territory mapping
- Build CRM discipline and weekly sales reviews with promoters
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
