- Drive sales and business growth for home loans and other financial products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with credit, operations, and legal teams.
- Manage collections and reduce delinquency in early due accounts (EDA) and last 1 year sourcing.
- Lead a team of sales executives, providing training, guidance, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal reporting standards.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
