As we scale our operations, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations & Admin Executive to strengthen our backend fulfillment engine.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Warehouse Operations & Admin Executive is the nerve centre of our day-to-day warehouse activity. You will own everything from inbound Purchase Orders and inventory accuracy to outbound shipping label generation across all marketplace channels — while keeping ERP data clean and the warehouse team organised and productive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Purchase Order (PO) Management
▸ Raise, track, and close Purchase Orders with vendors and suppliers
▸ Coordinate delivery schedules and verify inbound shipments against PO quantities
▸ Maintain PO records in ERP and flag discrepancies immediately
▸ Reconcile supplier invoices against POs for accounts payable support
2. Stock & Inventory Management
▸ Maintain real-time, accurate stock records across all SKUs and storage locations
▸ Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic full physical stock audits
▸ Monitor fast-moving vs. slow-moving inventory and raise replenishment alerts
▸ Manage FIFO / FEFO norms; oversee proper tagging, binning, and zone allocation
▸ Coordinate returns (RTO / RVP) processing and update inventory accordingly
3. ERP Administration
▸ Maintain and update the ERP system
▸ Generate ERP-based reports — stock ageing, pending orders, GRN status
▸ Troubleshoot basic ERP data issues and coordinate with software vendors
4. Shipping Label Generation & Order Fulfillment
▸ Generate and print shipping labels for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other channels daily
▸ Manage manifest creation, handover to logistics partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, etc.)
▸ Track order status, resolve NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), and coordinate re-attempts
▸ Ensure 100% on-time dispatch SLA adherence across all platforms
▸ Coordinate with marketplace seller panels for order syncing and status updates
5. Excel & Data Administration
▸ Prepare daily MIS reports: dispatch tracker, pending orders, stock summary, return reports
▸ Use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, and data validation extensively
▸ Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards for management review
▸ Export and process bulk data from marketplace portals and ERP into structured reports
6. Basic Manpower Administration
▸ Supervise warehouse staff — pickers, packers, loaders — during daily operations
▸ Maintain attendance, shift rosters, and basic productivity records
▸ Assign daily tasks, set targets, and ensure SOPs are followed on the floor
▸ Coordinate temporary manpower requirements during peak season / sale events

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS
▸ Graduate in any discipline; B.Com / BBA / Logistics preferred
▸ 2 to 5 years of hands-on warehouse or e-commerce operations experience
▸ Prior experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Meesho preferred
▸ Familiarity with any ERP/WMS software is mandatory
▸ Must be proficient in MS Excel — advanced functions are tested during interview
▸ Two-wheeler preferred for flexibility (not mandatory)
