Full Job Description
Dimensions is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, manage site operations independently, coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
- Lead and coordinate site labor and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Architects, and Clients.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.
- Plan and monitor material requirements and site resources.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Deliver projects within the scheduled timeline.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction and/or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and work under deadlines.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)
