Key Responsibilities
- VIP Client Consultation
- Provide personalized styling and fashion advice to VIP customers for ethnic wear selections.
- Assist clients in choosing outfits for weddings, festivals, and special occasions, ensuring premium service.
- Handle special requests, alterations, and exclusive previews with discretion and professionalism.
- Product Knowledge & Advisory
- Maintain deep knowledge of ethnic wear collections (sherwanis, lehengas, sarees, kurtas, gowns).
- Guide customers on fabric, fit, embellishments, and styling combinations.
- Educate clients on garment care, durability, and value.
- Sales Targets & Incentives
- Collaborate with management to fix sales targets for the readymade ethnic wear section.
- Track performance against targets and provide inputs for incentive calculation of sales staff.
- Align VIP sales strategies with overall departmental goals.
- Inventory & Display Oversight
- Ensure premium ethnic wear collections are adequately stocked and displayed attractively for VIP clientele.
- Coordinate with inventory staff for replenishment and highlight exclusive, high‑value garments.
- Market & Trend Research
- Monitor fashion industry trends in ethnic wear and customer preferences.
- Suggest new styles, cuts, and embellishments to keep offerings competitive.
- Audit & Compliance
- Maintain transparent, audit‑ready records of VIP sales, incentives, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on pricing, discounts, and special offers.
