Tractor Junction is one of India's leading digital platforms for tractors, farm equipment, and commercial vehicles. We are looking for skilled Excavator Operators to support our equipment operations and customer demonstration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Excavator loaders safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, loading, and earth-moving activities.
- Perform daily machine inspections and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
- Demonstrate machine operations to customers when required.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company operating procedures.
- Report machine breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and safety concerns.
- Maintain records of machine usage, fuel consumption, and daily activities.
- Coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and customers during operations.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of assigned equipment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience operating a Excavator Loader/JCB.
- Valid Heavy Vehicle or Equipment Operator License (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work at project sites and travel when required.
- Good communication and professional behavior.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, mining, or agricultural equipment operations.
- Understanding of safety standards and operational procedures.
- Customer-handling and demonstration experience will be an added advantage.
