Position Summary
- Role: HR Recruiter
- Location: roorkee
- Compensation: ₹30,000 CTC per month
- Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 to 3 years of heavy experience in Blue-Collar, Plant/Manufacturing, and Contractual staffing.
Key Responsibilities1. Blue-Collar & Plant-Level Sourcing
- Own the complete end-to-end sourcing and recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar roles (operators, technicians, loaders, and plant helpers).
- Utilize on-the-ground sourcing methods, including local field marketing, job fairs, industrial networks, and local communities in the Roorkee/Haridwar belt to build a steady pipeline of laborers.
- Coordinate and conduct walk-in interview drives at the plant to fill open headcounts quickly.
2. Contractual Staffing & Vendor Management
- Partner closely with third-party labor contractors and staffing vendors to fulfill immediate contractual man-days/manpower needs.
- Monitor vendor compliance, ensuring contract workers are supplied on time and clear the necessary basic verification checks.
- Review workforce requirements weekly against production targets to adjust contractor allocations.
3. End-to-End Recruitment & Pipeline Management
- Source junior to mid-level white-collar technical profiles for the plant (e.g., floor supervisors, shift engineers, store executives, and safety officers) using portals like Naukri, Indeed, and local networks.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,964.16 per month
