**Delivery Boy – Blinkit**
**About the role**
Blinkit’s rapid‑delivery network relies on reliable, customer‑focused couriers. As a Delivery Boy, you’ll ensure timely, accurate deliveries while delivering a positive brand experience. You’ll work flexible hours, often during peak demand, and play a key role in our customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Pick up and deliver orders from Blinkit hubs to customers within specified time windows.
- Verify order accuracy, handle payments (cash or digital), and provide friendly customer service.
- Maintain vehicle (bike, scooter, or car) in safe, clean condition; perform basic maintenance and report issues.
- Use Blinkit’s mobile app to track routes, update delivery status, and communicate with the support team.
- Manage time efficiently, prioritizing high‑volume periods while ensuring safety and compliance with traffic regulations.
- Handle returns, refunds, or special requests per company policy.
**Required Qualifications / Skills**
- Minimum 18 years old, legally eligible to work in India.
- Valid driving license for the vehicle type (bike, scooter, or car).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Good navigation skills; comfortable using GPS and mobile apps.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and basic communication skills in Hindi/English.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
**Nice to Have**
- Previous experience in a delivery or logistics role.
- Familiarity with Blinkit’s app or similar delivery platforms.
- Basic first‑aid knowledge or willingness to complete a short safety training.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
