Job Description
looking for skilled and experienced Aluminium Fabricators to join our Kerala Division. The candidate will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of aluminium components for façade, skylight and related architectural aluminium works.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble aluminium façade, skylight and related architectural aluminium components as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings, shop drawings, cutting lists and measurements.
- Accurately measure, mark, cut, drill, assemble and finish aluminium profiles and components.
- Fabricate aluminium frames, panels, profiles and related components with proper dimensions and alignment.
- Work with aluminium extrusions, accessories, fittings, brackets and related façade components.
- Operate and handle cutting machines, drilling machines, hand tools and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper dimensions, alignment, joints, finishing and overall quality of fabricated components.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization of aluminium profiles and accessories.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Site and Supervisors regarding drawings, measurements, fabrication requirements and modifications.
- Identify and report fabrication errors, dimensional issues, material shortages or technical problems to the Supervisor.
- Carry out necessary adjustments and rectification of fabricated components when required.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the safe handling and storage of materials, tools and equipment.
- Follow all quality standards, fabrication procedures, safety requirements and company instructions.
- Perform other aluminium fabrication-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in aluminium fabrication.
- Experience in façade, skylight, curtain wall or architectural aluminium fabrication will be highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of aluminium profiles, fittings, accessories and fabrication methods.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings, fabrication drawings and measurements.
- Good knowledge of aluminium cutting, drilling, assembly and fitting tools.
- Ability to maintain accurate dimensions and quality during fabrication.
- Good understanding of material handling and minimizing wastage.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from Supervisors and Engineers.
- Good discipline, attendance and commitment to quality and deadlines.
- GCC façade/fabrication experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
