- About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and technically sound **IT Network & Server Support Associate** to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking concepts, basic server management knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Freshers with a strong technical foundation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
* Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, systems, and servers.
* Handle basic server administration and troubleshooting activities.
* Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and system-related issues.
* Configure and maintain basic networking devices such as switches, routers, and access points.
* Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
* Identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
* Maintain IT infrastructure records, documentation, and system-related reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors whenever required.
* Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day IT operations.
* Follow IT security, backup, and system maintenance procedures.
* Strong knowledge of **Networking concepts** such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.
* Basic to good understanding of **Server Management and Administration**.
* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to understand a technical problem and find the right solution.
* Quick learner with a proactive approach.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Educational Qualification
* **Graduate in B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science)** or a related technical field.
* Candidates from other graduation backgrounds may also be considered if they have a strong technical foundation.
Candidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred:
* **CCNA**
* **MCSA / Windows Server Certification**
* CompTIA Network+
* CompTIA Server+
* Any equivalent Networking or Server Management certification

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Networking, IT Support, System Administration, or Server Management are preferred.
- Freshers should demonstrate strong learning ability, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
