Job Summary:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and profitability of multiple clinic units. The role includes operational management, team supervision, patient experience enhancement, revenue growth, and active execution of brand promotion initiatives to increase clinic visibility and footfall.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets across clinics.
- Develop strategies to improve patient acquisition and retention.
- Monitor billing processes and minimize revenue leakage.
- Identify new business opportunities and service expansion plans.
2. Brand Promotion & Marketing Activities
- Plan and execute local brand promotion activities to increase awareness.
- Organize medical camps, health check-up drives, and community outreach programs.
- Conduct meetings with local RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations), corporate offices, schools, and institutions for tie-ups.
- Coordinate with marketing team for digital and offline campaigns.
- Ensure visibility through banners, standees, local advertising, and events.
- Track ROI of promotional activities and share performance reports.
3. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of multiple clinics to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and SOPs.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics including revenue, footfall, conversion rates, and service quality.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapist, and administrative teams for efficient service delivery.
4. Team Management
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Ensure staff scheduling and attendance management.
- Maintain high levels of team motivation and productivity.
5. Patient Experience Management
- Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and resolve patient complaints efficiently.
- Maintain service quality standards across all clinics.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Submit regular operational and financial reports to management.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with clinic teams.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Marketing departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
