Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead manpower planning, organization development, succession planning, and HR policy development.
- Lead recruitment for senior, managerial, and operational positions.
- Implement KRA/KPI-based performance management and periodic reviews.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, attendance, and leave.
- Drive employee engagement, culture building, and retention initiatives.
- Develop training, leadership development, career growth, and succession programs.
- Oversee HR operations, HRMS, payroll coordination, documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Develop HR MIS and dashboards and drive HR process automation.

Educational Qualification
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, Labour Studies, or a related field.
· MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management strongly preferred.
Experience Requirements
· 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
· Proven experience in organizations with a significant operational and field workforce.
· Preference for candidates from Consumer Electronics, Mobile Accessories, Electronics Distribution, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durables, or large Sales & Distribution organizations.
· Experience managing sales, warehouse, and operational employees is a strong advantage.
