Platforms: You will manage performance marketing across our e-commerce website, mobile website, and mobile app.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Own and manage performance marketing across Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Facebook/Meta Ads
✅ Work directly with the CEO on day-to-day planning, strategy, and priorities
✅ Independently plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive leads, sales, and customer acquisition
✅ Continuously test and improve campaigns to maximize ROI/ROAS
✅ Manage product feeds and listings on Google Merchant Center for Shopping campaigns
✅ Track performance, build reports, and present insights and recommendations to leadership
✅ Identify new growth channels and stay current with platform updates through self-learning
✅ Set up and manage technical tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion pixels, UTM structure) for accurate attribution
✅ Manage marketing technology stack, automation tools, and AI-based optimization workflows
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team and external vendors/agencies
Required Skills
Proven track record managing Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Facebook Ads campaigns with measurable results.
Strong self-starter who can plan and execute independently with minimal supervision.
Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in GA4, ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, and conversion tracking.
Excellent communication skills to work closely with leadership.
A continuous learner who stays ahead of platform and industry changes.
Ability to manage marketing budgets and report performance clearly.
Technical proficiency with Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixel/conversion tracking setup, and marketing automation tools.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools for campaign optimization, creative generation, and reporting.
Experience managing and mentoring a small marketing team.
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
