Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence across the Delhi NCR region. The role focuses on achieving sales targets for distribution and power transformers by working with utilities, EPC contractors, industries, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and government utilities.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit periodic sales and market reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of sales experience in the transformer, switchgear, electrical equipment, or power industry, with exposure to the Delhi NCR market.
