Position Overview
The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase tour bookings. The role involves managing social media, paid advertising, website content, email marketing, SEO, and online travel platforms while working closely with the Sales and Product teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Assist in developing and implementing the company's digital marketing strategy.
- Plan monthly marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Social Media Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging content, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop a monthly content calendar.
- Increase follower engagement and community growth.
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified enquiries through digital channels.
- Optimize landing pages for higher conversion.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain lead tracking and campaign performance reports.
Content Marketing
- Prepare promotional content for:
- Tour packages
- Blogs
- Newsletters
- Email campaigns
- WhatsApp broadcasts
- Travel brochures
- Corporate presentations
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
Online Travel Platforms
- Manage company profiles and product listings on online travel marketplaces.
- Update itineraries, pricing, images, and descriptions.
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings.
- Improve product visibility and conversion performance.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Create and execute email campaigns.
- Manage customer databases.
- Design WhatsApp marketing campaigns for promotions and repeat business.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Track:
- Website traffic
- Lead generation
- Conversion rates
- Cost per lead
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Social media growth
- SEO performance
- Recommend improvements based on data.

- Number of qualified leads generated.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is preferred.
