Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term development strategies for your product categories that align with business goals, market dynamics, and customer demands.
- Data Analytics: Analyze sales data, market research, and competitor activity to identify trends, forecast demand, and execute data-driven product selections.
- Vendor Management: Foster strategic relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable pricing and promotional support.
- Pricing & Profitability: Determine optimal product positioning and pricing strategies to maximize revenue while protecting margin targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to launch new products, execute promotional campaigns, and manage inventory.
- Lifecycle Management: Monitor category performance metrics continuously and develop exit strategies for unsuccessful or underperforming products.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: Need to have experience in Mobile Accessories such as BOAT, Noise, Portronics etc.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency with data analytics, forecasting, and reporting software.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage external vendor relationships and cross-functional teams
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
