Role:
The Solar Electrical Engineer is responsible for supervising and executing solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects at site, ensuring quality work, safety compliance, and timely completion.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for solar installations.
- Execute installation of modules, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cabling, and earthing.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors.
- Monitor material usage and manage site inventory.
- Conduct site surveys and measurements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance at the site.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / EEE.
- 1–4 years of experience in solar EPC / electrical / construction projects
(Freshers with strong interest can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical works.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting).
Compensation & Terms:
- For Freshers: ₹15,000/month + allowance.
- Freshers are required to submit original educational certificates at the time of joining.
- For Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on interview performance and experience.
