Key Responsibilities
Statutory & Labour Law Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, CLRA, PT, and LWF.
- File monthly and annual statutory returns.
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation.
Vendor Compliance (Mandatory)
- Verify vendor/contractor statutory documents (PF, ESI, Labour Licence, PAN, GST).
- Audit vendor compliance documents such as PF/ESI challans, ECR, wage registers, attendance, and Form 6A.
- Track vendor licence renewals and ensure labour law compliance.
- Monitor vendor wage payments as per minimum wages.
- Maintain vendor compliance tracker and resolve non-compliance issues.
Contract Labour Management
- Verify contractor attendance, wage sheets, and statutory remittances.
- Ensure contractors comply with CLRA regulations.
- Audit contractor compliance records.
Government Liaison
- Coordinate with Labour Department, EPFO, ESIC, and Factory Inspector.
- Handle inspections, audits, notices, and statutory queries.
- Renew Factory Licence, Trade Licence, and Contract Labour Licence.
Audits & Reporting
- Support internal, external, client, and statutory audits.
- Prepare monthly compliance MIS and dashboards.
- Track and close compliance gaps.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
