Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
- Lead performance management, goal setting, and annual appraisal processes.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate employee documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics to support decision-making.
- Support organizational development, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
