Production Manager – Agriculture Equipment Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations in our agriculture equipment production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, improving productivity, and leading production teams to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage production schedules, manpower, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, procurement, and supply chain teams.
- Analyze production performance and address operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and develop production staff and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in production management within an agriculture equipment or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and production planning.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
