- Ensures the facilitation of quality care for toddlers and young children at Kidobby following Kido’s standards.
- Takes responsibility for toddlers and young children in their growth and development working with Parents and Educators
- Creates and maintains positive relationships with children, teachers, and parents in the centre
- Knows, understands, and follows Kido’s safety, health and hygiene standards
- Knows, understands, and implements Kido’s curriculum
- Observes, assess’, and documents child’s development under the guidance of ECE
- Maintain personal standards as a representative of Kido.
