We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and paid advertising. This role offers excellent learning opportunities and hands-on experience in real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and captions.
- Design marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Assist in planning and executing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and the sales team.
- Upload and manage website content.
- Perform basic SEO and keyword research.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Generate leads through digital channels and assist in lead nurturing.
- Manage Google Business Profile and online reputation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI tools.
- Assist in email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Support branding and promotional activities for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
- Basic understanding of SEO.
- Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) are preferred.
- Strong communication and content writing skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
