Swingtel Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for suitable candidates for the role mentioned below.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Interact with various techno-commercial teams and provide technical expertise to help clients identify the best products and solutions for their needs.
2. Build strong relationships with customer R&D teams and identify real project opportunities.
3. Identify project opportunities and execute strategies to convert them into business.
4. Understand project BOM and promote suitable parts from the company’s product portfolio.
5. Monthly planning and tracking of project DIN & DWIN targets and their completion.
6. Work closely with skilled design engineers on lighting and smart projects based on MCUs, ICs, and Sensors to deliver appropriate solutions.
7. Continuously work on the selection of active and passive components based on specifications and power electronics circuit applications.
Skills Required:
8. Good time management and planning skills.
9. Strong fundamentals in power electronics.
10. Ability to understand datasheets, application notes, and power circuit boards.
11. Good communication skills (verbal and written).
12. Ability to select suitable components for circuit applications.
13. Good knowledge of technical as well as commercial part selection aligned with market trends.
14. Strong troubleshooting skills.
15. Ability to evaluate customer designs and provide feedback.
16. Ability to define electrical test parameters for power circuit boards.
17. Ability to understand electrical test reports and troubleshoot issues in customer projects.
18. Ability to identify and prioritize real project opportunities.
19. Good techno-commercial skills to convert opportunities into business.
20. Strong project ownership skills to achieve DWIN targets on time.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
