Location: Noida / Bengaluru / Mumbai (Hybrid)
The selected candidate can be based out of any of the above locations and should be willing to travel extensively across India and overseas as per business requirements.
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Compensation: CTC: Up to ₹60 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales with a strong hunter mindset who can build strategic client relationships, generate new business, expand our presence in domestic and international markets, and consistently drive enterprise revenue growth.
This is a business acquisition role with complete ownership of revenue generation and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Business Ownership
- Own and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with predictable business growth.
- Drive new customer acquisition and maximize enterprise sales opportunities.
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
Enterprise Business Development
- Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise customers across India and international markets.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, Business Heads, Operations Leaders, Procurement Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Develop new business opportunities across BFSI, Government, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Logistics, Retail, and other enterprise sectors.
- Drive market expansion by entering new geographies, industries, and strategic partnerships.
Consultative & Solution Selling
- Understand customer business challenges and position Extrieve's products as strategic business solutions.
- Lead consultative sales discussions focused on business outcomes and ROI.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Product teams to deliver customer-specific demonstrations, solution presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Sales Lifecycle Management
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation through opportunity qualification, proposal submission, commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and deal closure.
- Lead RFP, RFI, RFQ, and enterprise bid management activities.
- Ensure timely closure of high-value enterprise opportunities.
Strategic Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and account expansion opportunities.
- Maintain executive-level customer engagement throughout the sales journey.
Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Recommend new market opportunities, strategic alliances, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent Extrieve Technologies at industry conferences, exhibitions, networking forums, and client events.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data.
- Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to leadership.
- Track pipeline health, conversion ratios, revenue forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
Candidate Profile
- 10–20 years of proven experience in Enterprise B2B Sales within Enterprise Software, SaaS, Workflow Automation, Document Management (DMS), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), AI Solutions, Digital Transformation, or IT Solutions.
- Must have a strong and active network within the enterprise market with the ability to generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in independently acquiring enterprise customers and consistently achieving high-value revenue targets.
- Experience in expanding business across domestic and international markets will be a significant advantage.
- Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial negotiation, contract management, and strategic selling skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, highly accountable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
