We are hiring a Cosmetic Chemist / Formulation Scientist who can develop and manage a complete product ecosystem:
Haircare Products:
✔ Anti-hair fall shampoo
✔ Hair growth serums
✔ Conditioners
✔ Hair oils (clinical + herbal blends)
Skincare Products:
✔ Medicated Facewash (acne / pigmentation)
✔ Sunscreen / Sunblock (SPF formulations)
✔ Night Repair / Reverse Creams
✔ Post-procedure skincare (after peel / laser)
Clinical Products:
✔ Chemical Peels (formulation knowledge & protocol understanding)
✔ Active-based dermatology products
✔ Customized treatment-based formulations
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and test formulations for hair & skin products
✔ Work on active ingredients (peptides, acids, growth factors, botanicals)
✔ Ensure stability, safety & efficacy testing
✔ Maintain regulatory documentation (FDA / cosmetic norms)
✔ Improve existing DNCC InLab product line
✔ Coordinate with third-party manufacturers (if required)
✔ Support doctors with treatment-based product protocols.
Requirements
✔ Diploma Pharma / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc (Chemistry / Cosmetic Science)
✔ Experience in Cosmetic / dermatology product formulation
✔ Knowledge of:
Haircare actives (Minoxidil alternatives, peptides, etc.)
Skincare actives (AHA, BHA, Retinol, Niacinamide, etc.)
✔ Understanding of Chemical peels & clinical skincare
✔ Experience with product testing, shelf-life & compliance
