- Purchase all bakery raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and consumables as per approved requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and generate purchase orders to maintain optimum inventory.
- Coordinate with approved vendors for timely procurement and delivery.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and approved budgets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all bakery items.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Monitor stock movement and minimize wastage, spoilage, and stock losses.
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) practices.
- Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory and take corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price, and service levels.
- Resolve supply-related issues and ensure continuity of stock availability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
