Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support the HR team in practicing and implementing various Talent Acquisition strategies and managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Assist in employer branding and hiring initiatives.
Requirements
- Knowledge of HR practices like recruitment and selection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
- Familiarity with job portals.
- Graduate in any discipline (HR Preferred)- Last semester students can apply.
- Can start the internship from May 5, 2026.
