We are looking for a highly responsible Project Manager cum Estimator with strong experience in interior finishing & fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality).
The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, vendor management, estimation, BOQ preparation, cost control, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Prepare complete project schedules, timelines, work sequences, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits, check site readiness, and monitor daily progress.
2. Site Execution & Supervision
- Manage end-to-end interior finishing, civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, glass, and metal works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Resolve site issues, material shortages, and workforce challenges promptly.
3. Estimation & Costing
- Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimates, and material take-offs from drawings.
- Evaluate vendor/contractor quotations and compare rates.
- Monitor budget vs. actual cost and ensure project profitability.
4. Material & Vendor Management
- Prepare material requirements, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability at site.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, quality checks, and billing.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and certifications.
5. Quality Control & Reporting
- Ensure work is completed as per specifications, safety standards, and QA/QC guidelines.
- Conduct regular site meetings and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
- Prepare and submit as-built drawings and project closure documents.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution (residential & commercial).
- Expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, rate analysis, and project costing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project tools.
- Good leadership skills and ability to manage multiple vendors & teams.
- Strong understanding of materials (plywood, laminates, lights, tiles, ACP, metal, glass, etc.)
Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years in interior project management & estimation.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
