Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for building scalable financial systems and driving business growth?
EBG Group is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead our Finance & Accounts function and work closely with the leadership team to drive financial excellence and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Drive financial restructuring, cost optimization, and business performance improvements.
- Build and implement robust financial controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Lead ERP implementation and finance process automation initiatives.
- Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and regulatory adherence.
- Develop MIS reports, financial dashboards, and strategic insights for business leaders.
- Build and manage strong relationships with banks, investors, lenders, and financial institutions while supporting fundraising initiatives.
- Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing Finance & Accounts team.
Qualifications:
- CA and/or MBA (Finance) (CPA/CMA is an added advantage)
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Preferred Experience
- Experience setting up or transforming the finance function in a growing, scaling, or restructuring organization.
- Hands-on experience implementing ERP or financial systems from selection through go-live.
- Strong exposure to retail finance and complex accounting environments.
- Proven track record of fundraising and managing relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and financial institutions across debt and equity instruments.
- Experience working in a high-growth, founder-led, turnaround, or dynamic business environment.
- Expertise in building SOPs, internal controls, and financial governance frameworks from the ground up.
