Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track project budgets and actual costs across HVAC scopes
- Review and control costs for non-fixed PO items to ensure alignment with project budgets
- Analyze cost variances and identify risks, trends, and potential overruns
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports for project stakeholders
- Work closely with project managers and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency
- Validate invoices, subcontractor billing, and purchase orders against budgets
- Support forecasting and cash flow planning for ongoing projects
- Maintain cost control logs, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Assist in implementing cost control procedures and best practices
- Coordinate with estimation and procurement teams for cost benchmarking and updates
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in cost control / project cost management (HVAC or MEP
projects preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong background in HVAC systems and construction projects
- Proven experience in budget tracking, cost analysis, and reporting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost reporting tools
- Ability to interpret project drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills

- Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site only. No remote work.)
- Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Pay: ₹550,282.67 - ₹1,504,103.33 per year
