Key Responsibilities
1. Higher Education Architecture (B.Sc. & M.Sc.)
* Academic & Clinical Foundations: Design robust coursework tailored for Bachelor and Master of Science students, seamlessly blending advanced psychological theory with practical field application.
* Core Methodologies: Integrate comprehensive modules on psychometric testing, clinical assessment frameworks, and ethical guidelines for academic training.
* Course Resource Creation: Author end-to-end curriculums, detailed lecture plans, workshop slides, and clinical lab manuals.
2. Corporate Sector Solutions (Workplace Wellness)
* Executive Stress Management: Create high-impact, modular programs focusing on burnout prevention, emotional regulation, and stress management for high-pressure corporate environments.
* Custom Stakeholder Alignment: Architect flexible wellness models and workplace safety blueprints that can be rapidly customized to meet the unique KPIs and cultural nuances of diverse corporate clients.
3. School Ecosystem & Specialized Care (K-12)
* ADHD & Neurodivergence Spectrum Programs: Develop extensive, empathetic, and evidence-based psychoeducational curriculums explicitly designed for parents, teachers, and caregivers.
* Caregiver Support & Toolkits: Build highly actionable coping strategies, behavioral management workbooks, and support frameworks to mitigate caregiver burnout.
* Institutional Alignment: Structure flexible intervention blueprints that directly address localized, unique psychological requirements requested by school boards.
4. Dual-Delivery Scaling & Efficacy
* Hybrid Systems: Structure all curriculums with a dual-architecture mindset, ensuring seamless delivery across both interactive digital modules and traditional in-person workshops.
* Metrics & Evaluation: Design robust assessment systems, progress trackers, and evaluation rubrics to accurately measure behavioral outcomes and program impact.
* Review & Optimization: Continually update and refine content based on user data, learning analytics, stakeholder feedback, and evolving global psychological research.
Requirements:
* Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru
* Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in extensive curriculum mapping and psychological program development.
* Education: Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a highly related field (Mandatory)
