Core Responsibilities
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Structure and format web content so it is favored, retrieved, and accurately cited by AI tools and LLM platforms.
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Optimize for zero-click results, featured snippets, "People Also Ask" boxes, and voice search.
- AI-Aware Content Strategy: Translate traditional SEO data into highly readable, conversational, and semantically rich content that AI systems can process and understand.
- Entity & Knowledge Graph Optimization: Ensure the brand's entities (products, services, and key personnel) are properly formatted in schemas and recognized by knowledge panels.
- Technical SEO & Auditing: Perform technical health checks including crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and rendering optimization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- AI Search Proficiency: Strong understanding of how generative models search the web and synthesize information.
- Analytics & Tooling: Practical experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or specialized AI-based search analytics platforms.
- Schema Markup: Hands-on experience implementing structured data (JSON-LD) to feed data to AI platforms.
- Content Writing: A background in crafting intent-focused, answer-based content.
- Basic Web Tech: Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Overall organic and AI-driven search visibility.
- Growth in qualified traffic and leads from search channels.
- Share of voice in AI platform citations and generated responses.
- Frequency of "People Also Ask" and featured snippet appearances
Pay: ₹10,580.72 - ₹69,567.25 per month
