Job Description
We are hiring an Audit & Taxation Executive to independently handle Income Tax compliance and Statutory Audit assignments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with minimal supervision and should already be familiar with the practical workflow of a CA office.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies
- Conducting Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and preparing audit working papers/documentation
- Computation of income, tax liability, and advance tax
- Finalization of books of accounts and financial statements
- Reconciliation of TDS, Form 26AS, AIS/TIS with client records
- Coordinating with clients for data collection, queries, and follow-ups
- Visiting client locations occasionally for audit and verification work
- Staying updated with amendments in Income Tax and Audit-related provisions
Required Skills & Software
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
- Working knowledge of the Income Tax e-filing portal and GST portal
- Experience with Genius software for ITR and Audit work
- Good command of MS Excel
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in a CA Firm (mandatory) — candidates without CA firm experience will not be considered, as the role requires immediate, independent handling of ITR and audit work
- Strong understanding of Income Tax provisions, Statutory Audit procedures, and basic accounting principles
- B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / CA Dropout candidates preferred
- Good communication skills for client coordination
- Ability to manage deadlines, especially during audit and ITR filing season
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned work

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
