Job Title: Staff Nurse - Walk-In Interview

Job Summary:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors in medical procedures, and ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients. The role involves monitoring patient health, administering medications, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care as per hospital protocols
- Monitor and record patient vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.)
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures
- Maintain patient records and nursing notes accurately
- Ensure cleanliness and infection control in the ward
- Educate patients and their families about treatment and care plans
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff
Required Qualifications:
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate (GNC/INC)
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
