BIM Specialist
*Experience Required*
6 – 10 Years
*Joining Requirement*
Immediate joiners preferred
*Educational Qualification*
M.Tech in Civil Engineering
*Software & Technical Skills Required*
Candidates must have strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in:
* AutoCAD
* Revit Architecture
* Revit Structures
* Revit MEP
* MSP
* Navisworks
Additional knowledge in structural and MEP coordination will be an added advantage.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop and manage BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects.
* Prepare detailed BIM models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and project stakeholders.
* Conduct clash detection and ensure smooth interdisciplinary coordination.
* Ensure BIM standards, workflows, and project deliverables are maintained accurately.
* Support project execution teams with technical coordination and BIM updates.
* Participate in project review meetings and coordination discussions.
* Maintain quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of BIM models and drawings.

Salary will be based on interview performance, technical expertise, and overall experience.
