HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Lead Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and target-driven HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment to support recruitment activities across multiple business verticals. This role is 100% focused on candidate sourcing, screening, calling, interview coordination, follow-ups, and recruitment operations. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of Senior HR Recruiters and will be responsible for building candidate pipelines, lining up interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, and supporting end-to-end hiring activities. Key Responsibilities – Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels. Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per job requirements. Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary candidate assessments. Explain job roles, company information, compensation structure, and interview process to candidates. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for assigned positions. Generate quality candidate leads and maintain consistent sourcing activity.
Candidate Coordination & Interview Management
- Contact and invite shortlisted candidates for interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with Senior HR Recruiters and hiring managers.
- Ensure candidates receive interview details, location information, and joining
instructions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve interview attendance and joining ratios.
- Track candidate movement through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience.
Reporting & Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring trackers.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.
- Track interviews, selections, offers, joinings, and dropouts.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and SOPs.
Recruitment Operations & Database Management
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Update candidate status at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Record daily calling activities, interview schedules, and follow-up reports.
- Ensure recruitment data is accurate, updated, and readily available.
- Support Senior HR Recruiters with reporting and documentation.
- Follow company recruitment SOPs, processes, and compliance requirements.
Team Support
- Work closely with Senior HR Recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Support bulk hiring and recruitment drives across multiple departments.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and joining formalities.
- Escalate candidate concerns and recruitment challenges to the Senior HR team.
- Contribute to achieving departmental hiring goals and timelines.
Role Objective
To build and lead a high-performing recruitment team capable of consistently delivering quality hires, supporting organisational growth, and achieving manpower targets across all business verticals.
