Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced French Teacher to teach French as a Second and Third Language for students from Grades VI to X. The ideal candidate will create an engaging learning environment, develop students' language proficiency, and foster an appreciation for French language and culture while ensuring academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach French as a Second and Third Language to students in Grades VI–X.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in French.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through classwork, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Integrate technology and interactive teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Encourage students to participate in language-based activities, competitions, and cultural events.
- Provide timely feedback to students and communicate progress with parents during meetings.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the school.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in French or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred/required as per school policy).
- Certification in French language teaching (such as DELF/DALF or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in French at the middle and secondary school level.
- Experience teaching both Second and Third Language French up to Grade X is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
