Program Overview (Internship + Training) :
This is a structured Internship cum Training Program designed to provide practical exposure along with professional training in sales, marketing, and client relationship management within the real estate sector.
Interns will undergo guided training sessions, live project exposure, and on-field learning to build strong industry-ready skills.
Training & Learning Modules :
- Introduction to Real Estate Industry & Market Dynamics
- Sales Techniques & Lead Conversion Strategies
- Client Relationship & Communication Skills
- Property Presentation & Site Visit Handling
- Digital Marketing Basics (Social Media & Lead Generation)
- CRM Tools & Database Management
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Assist in generating leads through calls, social media, and references
- Support the sales team in client meetings and property presentations
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Maintain client database and ensure timely follow-ups
- Participate in site visits and client interactions
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
Candidate Requirements :
- Fresher with BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, and real estate industry
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital platforms is an added advantage
