Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior ROC Executive to handle corporate compliance, ROC filings, and statutory requirements as per the Companies Act. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate filings and maintaining company records.
Office timing - 12pm to 9.30pm
Educational Qualification - BCOM Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliances for the company
· Prepare and file e-forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-12, etc.)
· Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other statutory requirements
· Maintain and update statutory registers and records
· Draft board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and legal documents
· Handle company incorporation, structural changes, and strike-offs
· Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions
· Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, documentation, and smooth workflow
· Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and operational efficiency
· Monitor and maintain MIS reports and task status updates
· Handle communication with banks for account opening, closure, KYC updates, and documentation
· Coordinate for bank approvals, mandates, and resolutions
· Liaise with bank officials for issue resolution and follow-ups
· Maintain proper records of bank-related communications and documents
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of ROC filings and Companies Act
· Good coordination and communication skills
· Familiarity with banking processes and documentation
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Good knowledge in Advance Excel
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
