Job Summary
We are looking for a Civil Project Engineer to coordinate and monitor the construction of our upcoming manufacturing facility at Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. The candidate will oversee all civil construction activities, monitor project progress, coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and management, and ensure timely completion of the project within budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate all civil construction activities at the project site.
· Act as the single point of contact between contractors, consultants, architects, structural engineers and management.
· Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
· Verify contractor bills and work completion measurements.
· Monitor BOQ, material consumption and project costs.
· Supervise foundations, structural works, roads, drainage and utility infrastructure.
· Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
· Coordinate with multiple contractors and vendors.
· Ensure safety, quality and compliance at site.
· Ability to understand blue print.
Desired Qualifications
· B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
· 3–10 years of experience in industrial, commercial or factory construction projects.
· Experience in greenfield manufacturing or industrial projects preferred.
· Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, contractor billing and cost control.
· Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
Preferred Skills
· Project planning and site coordination.
· Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD and reporting tools.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Willingness to relocate to Chittoor for approximately one year.
Language Preference
Hindi and English mandatory, candidates with Telugu knowledge preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
