Job Summary:
The Course Coordinator supports MSDS students throughout their academic journey by coordinating classes, tracking progress, maintaining student records, and providing academic and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate course schedules and class activities.
- Monitor student attendance, assignments, and course progress.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
- Share course updates, schedules, and important announcements.
- Coordinate with faculty for smooth class delivery and assessments.
- Respond to student queries and provide timely support.
- Prepare reports on attendance and student progress.
- Coordinate examinations and certification activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and student support skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, student support, or training coordination is preferred.
- Experience in higher education or online learning is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
