Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Consultant to develop and guide the company's Dotcom/e-commerce business and digital platform for Iron & Steel products.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop the Dotcom & Digital Business strategy.
· Advise on website/e-commerce platform structure and customer experience.
· Design the online enquiry → quotation → order → payment → dispatch journey.
· Develop digital catalogues for HR, CR, TMT and Structural Steel products.
· Recommend ERP, CRM, inventory and payment integrations.
· Develop digital marketing, SEO, lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
· Guide technology/digital vendors and monitor platform implementation.
· Define digital business KPIs, analytics and reporting.
· Identify opportunities for automation and online sales growth.
· Work closely with the Founder, Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Accounts teams.
Required Experience
· 10+ years in e-commerce, digital business, B2B platforms or digital transformation.
· Experience in B2B commerce / industrial / building materials / steel preferred.
· Good understanding of ERP, CRM, inventory and e-commerce systems.
· Experience in launching or scaling a digital platform.
· Strong business and technology understanding.
